ABOUT
Growing up, I had two passions, football
(soccer), and being creative. My drive and love for
what I do allowed me to pursue both at the
University of Alabama in Huntsville. Here, I would
receive my Bachelors of Arts with a minor in
Marketing. I always had a love for fashion, and as I went through my undergraduate program, I began using my classes as a way to teach myself about fashion design. I used drawing classes as fashion illustration, sculpture to fabricate designs, and even a costume design class to learn how to sew properly. These classes, along with a lot of extra work outside of school, culminated into a portfolio that saw my acceptance in to The Savannah College of Art and Design's MA Fashion Design Program.
At SCAD, I excelled both inside and outside of the classroom. In my two years in the graduate program I would be heavily involved in SCAD's fashion events as well as spend a year as a teachers assistant to fashion seniors. By completion of my curriculum I had earned a feature in SCAD's 2023 fashion show, an interview in I-D Magazine, and a feature in Vogue.
After receiving my MA in Fashion Design from SCAD in June 2023, I to continue to pursue what drives me forward: learning and developing as a designer and moving people through fashion.
